• The target audience is project teams working within hospitals in Africa Except Saudi German Hospital.

• Saudi German Hospital Staff are not allowed to apply in Caring Like Family Award- Africa.

• Nominations are made by the hospital management team, and individual nomination forms will not be accepted.

• Applications are submitted electronically through the award website

•. Applications must be submitted in English Language.

• Nominations can be saved in "draft" form for editing before submission, and only nomination forms marked "submitted" will be considered.

• The account user is the sole point of contact for all correspondence related to the review and is responsible for sharing candidate information with all evaluators.

• After the nomination deadline, no other nomination forms will be automatically accepted.

• All nomination forms are sorted based on compliance with the required documents for the award application.

• Nomination forms meeting the requirements are evaluated by the technical committees as the first stage of evaluation.

• Nomination forms meeting the requirements are evaluated by the judging panel as the second stage of evaluation.

• To ensure the credibility of the evaluation, an electronic scoring system is used by the technical committees and judging panel without knowledge of the nominees' identities.

• All decisions of the judging panel regarding the winners are final.

• Impersonating the Internet Protocol address, email address, or any part of the website's address for the purpose of forgery and using it in any email or mailing list. Violations that harm the system or network security may result in civil and criminal penalties in most cases.

The website will investigate activities that may involve such violations and will cooperate with the competent judicial authorities to prosecute and impose the necessary penalties on persons involved in such violations.
